I have been attending Susan’s Pilates classes for the last 2 years, her teaching is excellent she gives lots of encouragement and will make herself aware of any aches and pains that I may have and she will come up with an alternative that suits me better. It’s never the same from week to week she will add and include exercises to stretch you just that little bit more, all muscle groups get a good work out. I can feel that my core is stronger and it just makes me feel good about myself.

I find Pilates helps me to relax, breathe and calm myself down after a busy day I have made progress with both strength and flexibility. Susan is a warm and friendly instructor who definitely gives you the personal touch.
