I have been going to Susy for one to one Pilates classes for over a year now. I have spinal issues and the work I am doing with her is building my strength and enabling me to move more freely.  This is because she is an expert in her field and she puts so much thought into constructing the exercises that will help me. I leave our classes feeling taller and even breathing better! This has enabled me to undertake more exercise during the week as I am more flexible and am managing pain better. It is a real joy to spend an hour with such a caring and talented practitioner and it is also fun – I cannot recommend her highly enough!
